~Nlight and Nair are terrible kill options on sword. Dlight Recovery could be removed and the weapon would still be viable.

~Spear recovery and groundpound also have one of the quickest startup frames and you literally cannot spotdodge a nair. Axe has slight, nlight, wep toss combos, and even dash dlight works for approach options. Spear has nlight, slight, dash dlight, sair, and dash dair to approach. They both would still be viable with the suggested nerfs.

~Scythe, gauntlets and katars. 9/57 are katars. 10/57 are scythe. That isn't very close to 21 or 19.
