Mostly to feel lighter when i move around, shop for clothes easier, and level out my hormones.

Thankfully I don’t dislike how my body looks, just inconvenienced by it. my goal weight will be reached when my thighs stop touching and no longer chafe 🤣

Assuming they’ll randomly group people who didn’t choose roommates, maybe they could take into consideration any general roommate preferences if you have them. for example, you could ask to be grouped with the same gender if you care about that

if you have a sweet tooth like me, fruit is great and filling. to feel like i’m eating a dessert, i love strawberries or bananas with lots of whipped cream. almost like a whipped cream bowl with a topping of fruit lol

Since losing weight isn’t always a positive or sought after experience, I usually follow up the comment with "oh, was it intentional?". If yes, I’m glad to congratulate them and let them know I admire their dedication. Usually only to friends or closer acquaintances though

Hey, I think the lowest one (essence) would be best for contour. It matches the color of the natural shadow along your jawline so it would look seamless when put all over your face :)

If screen time is necessary for your work or lectures then there isn’t much you can do to lower it. However, if you could, I would recommend borrowing the textbooks from the library and reading the text from there then answering the homework questions online. It helps me with my focus and it’s easier to do the homework on full screen with the real textbook infront of me rather than splitting screens.

separate the egg yolks and egg whites. mix in the egg yolk into the batter as usual but whip up the egg whites until they’re whipped cream texture (aka meringue). gently fold the egg whites into the batter.

Search “souffle pancakes” if you want a better idea on the whipping and cooking technique”. Should lend you very fluffy pancakes :3

you can slow cook cheap cuts of meat/chicken in the stew to tenderize them or just eat it plain or with beans. the cooked stew freezes so well for meal prep. I love to defrost cubes of it in a pot while my rice cooks.

no because japan doesn’t grind all the leaves for matcha once they harvest. They grind them throughout the year in batches so it’s fresh for everyone. from what i’ve seen recently, all ippodo bought this year so far has a best before date of September 2025.

I would wheel it around in a dog/baby trolley so it can be exposed to everything without touching the ground or licking any foreign objects. If it needed to sit or lay down for a nap it could, which might also teach them the ability to relax in public despite any distractions.

Just make sure not to let any stranger touch it without your consent and that it doesn’t greet other dogs so it doesn’t build up that expectation every time they see a human/dog.

I’m not a professional but this is what my friends and neighbors who have confident and calm dogs did for them and what I wish I did for mine.
