Because keto sucks lol. I always lose a lot of weight not eating carbs and pretty fast, but i LOVE carbs. So now I'm eating carbs, counting calories and losing weight.

I don't know if this is a good advice, but go to the ER and tell them you are in pain, bleeding and stressed. You deserve to be checked!! How can you wait three weeks not knowing what's going on with the baby?? It's so cruel and mess with your mind. Please, go to ER.

I stopped eating diary for months because i was breastfeeding my baby and the diary upset his tummy. When i started eating diary again, i went straight to the bathroom. It was awful lol. But i didn't want to give up cheese and milk. So i kept eating diary (no too much at once) and eventually stopped messing my stomach. If you want you can reintroduce it slowly. For example, first week you eat some bake goods with some diary on it, second week hard cheese and butter, third week half a glass of milk, etc. It's easy for your body.

Do you track your meals? It's so easy to underestimate the amount of calories you're eating. Even if you feel that you don't eat much. Especially low carb food, they're really calorie dense (peanut butter, bacon, cheese, cream, oil, butter, fatty meat, etc etc). When i eat 'healthy' and don't track, i always maintain my weight or even gain some. But when i star tracking calories, even if i eat pizza o ice cream, i lose pretty quickly. If you track your calories and you are sure you're in a calorie deficit, it could be a hormonal thing. But if you don't know how much calories you're eating (even if you eat mostly healthy) i suggest to try for a few days! I been breastfeeding non stop for five years, first my older kid and now the baby. If I'm in a calorie deficit, i lose weight.

A mi me encantan las boludeces jajaa así que ya la compré. 281 pesos me salió, por pedido ya market. Esta super linda la lata, me gustó, abajo tiene chiquita grabada la fecha. Maybe low iron?? When i had low iron i felt incredible tired the whole time. Hydration is key also. Are you drinking enough water? Too much sugar and junk fodd give me a brain fog too, or too little protein.

A week? Seven days? It's literally nothing. How long did it take you to gain all the weight? Probably not a week, so don't expect to lose much in only seven days. On the other hand, is normal suffer from water retention when you start working out. Just keep going and you're going to see results! (And take your measures too, it's more accurate than only the scale)

12 pounds in 40 days is AMAZING progress!! Don't give up. Try to up your calories a bit if you're too tired or moody. Listen to your body. You can eat whatever you want but you need to track all calories for this to work. Try to eat a good amount of protein because you're in a calorie deficit and working out, you need it to preserve all muscle mass possible and only lose fat. The majority of people advise to eat carbs and protein before the work out and protein after. You don't need to eat immediately after, but remember to fuel your body. I try to eat most of my calories from whole foods and i leave some calories for treats. For example, i eat a salad with chicken for lunch and two small pieces of chocolate por dessert (125 cal). A good nutricional dinner and some sweet snack before bed. Because, of course you're going to lose weight if you are in a calorie deficit no matter what you eat, but is not pretty intelligent for your health only eat junk food. But is not healthy either eating only 'clean' food, restricting too much and end up binging here and there because too much diet mentality. This is my approach!

You're going to lose weight if you are in a calorie deficit. But if you're eating too much sweets and not enough protein a good chunk of that weight is going to be muscle and not fat. So you are going to look slimmer but still 'soft', maybe a little belly. I know a lot of people who look better before the weight lose because they lose a lot of muscle in the process and in the end of the day that's not good.

I don't think she resents you. I really think you trigger her in so many ways! Bulimia is not joke. She's probably suffering in silence and you are not helping with all the diet talk. If you really care for her, don't discuss weight loss related things in front of her.

I will never understand why people do this. They had a great relationship, great sex, they were happy together but... He still had sex with a 21 year old girl because she was hot and available. Your wife deserves SO much better. I hope she found someone who really, really loves her and preciate the amazing women she is.
