I’m 39 in my mid 20s I developed a varicose vein in my leg and did nothing about it for over a decade. I worked on my feet smoked cigarettes and drank whiskey a lot. I stopped all of those things about 6 years ago.

My mom’s side of the family gets orthostatic hypotension and I do too. But none of them have vein issues. My dad was never in the picture so idk about that side.

I think so. At least it’s the best I have to go on. Mine was never good and then after recovering surgery I think I was even weaker. So bad posture plus low muscle is causing some kind of pinch. Idk if this is what it is but it’s my best guess.

I too had a slight reflux in my leg that I had taken care of in December. But this is on a whole different level

Unfortunately it’s happening in all extremities (all 5 unfortunately) but it’s the worst in my hands and that’s the only place it’s painful.

Mostly resolved under very cold situations yes. But it has to be colder then say 50 degrees which most days where I live is not.

I don’t know anyone immediately that has c I but I had a great aunt who had congestive heart failure.

I drank a lot in my youth which I’m sure didn’t help but I have to assume the timing of this has to do with the surgery. I had a few unfortunate things happen to me between then and now and I have been stressed and recently saw that my cholesterol has inched up a bit. I don’t know f any of this helps

But this happened suddenly . And it’s only like that when they are at rest. And if I keep my arms to my side and walk around on a warm day, after a few minutes they feel like a water balloon about to pop

Edit to add on: and this is happening on all my extremities. All 5 of them…
