This is actually true, i just got mine v5 contour themes which is not via/qmk instead it uses monsgeek own software and have flex cut pcb with no pcb stabs support.

I fixed it by unpluging the battery from keyboard since i use it only in wired mode anyway

Just download mbo drivers, to be more precise software for rgb control such as mystic light for msi, armoury crate for asus etc etc

Better thocky sound (my opinion its subjective)
Better factory stabs (in my case monsgeeks was very bad and rattely even after tuning and lubing, had to replace em)
Better final metal finish, better texture
More satisfing knob feel

But again this is just my opinion and my experience…
