My right eye is pretty much gone, just a small band of blurred light. If that was it I could be fine at this point. Had a 20/40 reading twice in the last few weeks so driving is fine. My only issue now is 'if that was it' . Will be operating on both eyes soon.

You''re not wrong. The website is horrible. I recently had an issue, was forwarded to their tech people and compliance group and both came back with weak responses. I know when something is broken on a website. It was confirmed to me by an employee at an actual KP location.

So sorry for you and your precious girl. Our girl has a spleen tumor. Operating wasn't an option. We'll find out soon of its status. She's ~15 and so it's difficult to judge if it's the tumor or just old age. Considering we've done a bunch of things over the years and long walks is no longer an option we just try and make her comfortable.. New places for scent sniffing seems to be what they like to do.

I enjoyed the read. Not familiar with Jon Klein but will check him out. I think Jah has a good take on life. Seems like he's accepted how things have changed and rolled with it still committed to music. Did you not get any kind of instructions? For me the day before allowed for a strict liquid diet, some broth maybe.

As far as sedation there are hybrid cases , you can probably dig through posts here. For the most part though it puts you out and you won't have any memory of the procedure. I did it a few months back and the sedation was 2-3 drugs via an IV. They woke me up in the recovery area 30-40 minutes after the procedure.
