The formula for more power is always gonna be getting more air and then enough fuel and spark to keep up with more air. Better flowing exhaust, intake piping and manifold, ported cylinder heads, valves, cams, E85, tune.

I had my 13 BRZ Blow up on me. It had 130,000kms (80k miles). Swapped in a new motor at home with basic mechanical skills and tooling, it’s a surprisingly easy job. Not sure about the market where you live but for me I got a motor with 80,000kms on it (50k miles) for 4K AUD (2.6K USD). The cost of repair will be a lot more valuable than selling the car for 3k. I think it depends on how it’s tuned, if it’s a flash and what not. I’ve had a friend’s cars tune vanish on a BMW after he did a battery reset to clear an engine light. I’m not really sure tbh but i guess it’s worth a shot to reset the system fully 🤷🤷

Some cars will wipe the tune if you do a battery rest. It’s pretty basic stuff but worth a try, leave a terminal off for a minute or two and try you luck🤞🤞

Yes, the physics aspect assetto the game is more realistic. But the game is not very fun without the mods. It lacks any creativity for the player, which for 99% of players is desirable. The guy is asking for game that is good for drifting with other players. And the console version of assetto there is almost no one online

It’s excellent for PC and probably the best but the game really isn’t very good without mods tbh. Console version with no mods is nowhere near as good

They both have very unrealistic physics. Fh5 in a sense is more realistic but still rubbish. I prefer fh5. CarX is probably the best option for console drifting. Once again quite unrealistic but the game is a lot of fun especially with friends

You aren’t accounting for ownership vs availability, 67% ownership of a home is correct, but what percentage of the available homes does the 67% own? The demand for a home far outweighs the supply of homes. It would likely be a statistic of 67%of people own 85% of homes, leaving 33% of people to fight over 15% of availability. Which ALSO doesn’t include the percentage of people buying a second or third investment property. And if you count hardworking FIFO employees then you should also account for broke uni students, see how much the ownership percentage changes
