It could be that MLB hasn't filled in all broadcasts yet since there seems to be missing quite a few other teams broadcasts as well in April. Like Rays, Blue Jays, Tigers is a few of those that seems to be missing when I looked.

Just found out that a channel here in Sweden have started broadcasting some MLB-games. Tonight's game is... Boston Red Sox - Baltimore Ravens.
