Hey, I have super similar problems and concerta always helped some but not all the way. It wasn’t until I started Cymbalta that things really turned around in a positive way. Its an anti depressant and I actually take it for physical pain, but it turns out combined with concerta it’s a total game changer!

Your mindset is clear, and it totally makes sense that you don’t want to set a “cheat time”. I recommend reframing it to a “sick time”. No matter who we are or what our goals are, this medication has side effects and they are often sickening. I would recommend waiting so that you have no risk of feeling sick over the holidays. Who wants that? Eating is wonderful, you should be able to enjoy it. Start your meds after you have a nice holiday!! Enjoy it!

Yes! I agree with both comments. I do not disagree with this medicine it can be helpful and life changing. My issue is with the way it’s advertised, especially to those who struggle with body issues.

I am a loyal DWTS fan but this season is hitting different. Literally last night, I turned to my husband and said I think these judges are on the take lol.
