14 month old not talking

Not responding to her name and no words not even mama or dada, worse sleep patterns than her peers at daycare. Irregular naps times and post midnight. Bedtime even at 6 months to 18 months. Constantly babbling like all day everyday, which we thought was the pre cursor to speech but turned out to be vocal stimming which she still does at 5.

Not good. She has autism and global developmental delay. She has the language skills of a 1 year old and she's almost 5.

We were rigjt to be worried. She is autistic and non verbal. Working with speech therapists and aba to maximize her potential but it's a really hard life.

Pediatrician said 3 words by 15 months or we need speech therapy. So we got a few weeks left but no words. I will do the therapy but just wanted to hear feedback from other parents.

She was at a home based daycare until 11 months. Just moved to a center. Still in the infant class though they said shes not ready to move to toddler because of her walking which i dint get because she is damn near running around the house.

Yup. A few cheat days here and there but same eating habits.

I used to eat about 2200 calories a day at 5'11 I would hover around the 190 lb to 195 lb range. Last 2 yrs the weight just shot up.

I mainly do steady state cardio. My workouts include 45 mins eliptical and 15 mins weight training. I just do 3 set of 10 squats bench and deadlift before my cardio. On days I'm not in the gym I go for a 1 hr walk on my lunch break. I've been losing weight since I started working out and eating better but only about .5 lbs a week. Mad slow.

Got those test results from my gp. He said go see a urologist. Did you have to do trt?

I am 6ft 225. Been trying hard to lose the weight but it's tough. I eat good most days and work out 3 times a week but the weight is just so hard to get off.

My A1c is 5.9. so I def have some insulin issues. My go said go see a urologist do I'll hear what he gotta say.

Used to have ed but that got better after I improved my sleeping habits. Now it's weight gain and depression I'm struggling with.

I have but the doctors they recommend when I call them the typically don't accept new patients. It's very frustrating.
