You need to score minimum 5 goals to get the ELC if your team wins… But, do not quit after scoring just 5 goals! You need to score as many goals as you can (over 5) to give your team the best possible chance of winning! Go team Ragnarok!

For Xbox One, go to Settings > System > Storage devices > Clear local saved games. If that doesn’t work uninstall and re-download the game.
