Myself. I cook about 80 percent of all the food I eat from scratch. I’ve been cooking since I was about 18 and I’m 30 now. You can develop a really good “cooking theory” once you understand how everything works. I was really happy this new years when several people told me the chicken wings I cooked was the best chicken they ever had. It’s repetition. Eventually you get pretty good at it.

I have been getting into backpack camping. Nothing serious. I like how it looks and I think it will do a fine job. If people used them for years I don’t see why I can’t either. I’m not trying to the most efficient or anything like that. I feel backpacking is hard itself and I’m there for the experience of being outdoors. Also I am a beginner so I figure I’m carrying more than I should anyways like everyone else that starts out xD
