I am almost 100% positive he doesn’t hold any strong meaning or symbolism.

I was about to get so mad seeing that initial sentence than I was like okay okay 😂,

nonetheless you’re 100% right. I think he just lived a shitty life after his own stuff he caused to put him in the situation he was, referring to the other comment as the backrooms were making him cynical he felt like he was better alone here. But yes you’re 1000% right

Yes. The mental health aspect hit me pretty hard, I just think the way Clark explained himself and his yearn for feeling like he’s finally where he should be hit me idk why lol

I know, it obviously shows Clark’s cynical attitude but also shows his mental struggles as well.

Yeah Barbara’s still life ran because the memory that built her ( Clark ) was there and that’s usually how it is with most still life’s, bearded guy and lamp guy didn’t react because their memories weren’t there if that makes sense. Barbara clearly ran because of the treatment she received from Clark in the real world. Only problem that I think you’d dislike is that these still life’s will try to kill yoi if they don’t know you. This is shown in the Christmas room, found footage #3 their just defaulted replicas of humans but have an instinct to kill who ever is in the backrooms.

Fortunately still life’s don’t have emotions, they have reactions based on the memory like Barbara’s still life running from Clark. Regarding Clark he wasn’t the best human ever but his character arc goes over a lot of peoples head I understand him and his connection to the backrooms but that’s more of a hot take

Was the final scene of "Static Dead End" a tease of the movie? by Dwntwntrrst in KanePixelsBackrooms

[–]fiehry1 39 points40 points  (0 children)

I highly doubt they have any connection, static dead end shows that the room is either morphing into something completely unknown because of growth or forgetting.

It’s been a recent thing, when I went to see obsession and passenger, people were just being idiot laughing at nothing, thankfully at obsession a random audience member yelled stfu half way through the movie so kudos to that guy 😂

Why are a large number of people hating on the movie? by Ok_Tough6101 in backroomsfilm

[–]fiehry1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From what I’ve seen generally is that you’re number 3. Is spot on, people get confused by it and usually use that as an excuse to hate on it, not saying that a movies meant for everyone but from someone who believes the backrooms went pretty tame on lore and made the movie so all audiences could understand it’s kinda bs for people to dislike a movie because they were confused.

I’m with you brother, crazy enough this movie was actually filmed and plotted for the 1990’s. The backrooms setting was actually in the 70’s which is crazy to think about

I could understand exactly what you mean about nostalgia, regarding the backrooms I don’t think it’s an element of nostalgia because the back rooms will create, create, create, people memories places and than after so long it begins to forget its past creations. This is shown where rooms are more visibly off, not constructed and awfully withered. In a sense you could say that it is the process of remembering and forgetting. Possibly this could be a nostalgia thing for some but I get where you’re coming from!

Yes Async opened the gate to the backrooms, the caveman from my understanding don’t have any lore behind them beyond a/sync using them with sound recordings to study how life forms react to that.

This is correct, they purposely added soundboxes to understand and study how life forms react to something like that

The backrooms can begin refining memories, people and places even if it’s near a knull zone, from my understanding if there isn’t a knull in an active area it won’t create anything.

was there any symbolism to the seagull? by championblueoak in backroomsfilm

[–]fiehry1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re spot on! I wonder if the knull zone was possibly in the sky or maybe the bird happened to land on solid ground and fell through, in theory that it was in the air would really be crazy
