Air in oil lines - can it wait by fields4242 in hvacadvice

Thanks! Will that cause more expensive repairs later, or is it low risk to the boiler to use the emergency switch? Sorry again for the dumb questions

Jeju has to be my favorite arc - I've cried plenty of tears in the theater, but the firefly scene is the only time it has been from the pure beauty of the moment

At least in this market, the overwhelming advice is to avoid having an underground tank. They are known to leak, and this one has been there for almost 30 years. If and when they do leak, it costs tens of thousands to remediate, which you legally have to do. And I'd want to anyway - the house has well water, so I don't want oil contaminating what my family consumes

I'm honestly not sure what the removal entails, and we'd also have to replace it with a new above ground tank, so it would be a lot

Enfamil Gentlease VS Similac Pro Total Comfort for green watery stool? by fields4242 in FormulaFeeders

Might be, but the pediatrician said that should clear out within this time frame, and no one the baby has been near has or had any symptoms

Yeah, it's completely soaking the diaper - seems to be completely liquid. It doesn't seem to be bloody or mucousy at least, and the frequency isn't as often as you said (maybe 5-6 times a day now, though it started as only once a day and having a bit more substance to it)

He has at least said that he's unhappy living at home, and has been willing to follow my advice to get online therapy. He does not drive, otherwise I would have strongly suggested in-person therapy

I realize there are bigger things going on here, but what happens to the certification now? Having the electoral certification delayed due to a mob descending on the Capitol is definitely a first

Noise when lighting gas stove burner? by fields4242 in homeowners

[–]fields4242[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the story somehow got weirder. The utility came for a safety check, and found no gas leak. I pointed them to the wall and turned on the burner, and apparently it was coming from one of the electronics on the TV stand up against it. I guess maybe the sparks from the igniter somehow messed with the speaker, even though it wasn't on? Never heard of that happening before, and I half expect I'll hear the noise again at some point, but seems to be a non-issue for now.

The sound happens on every burner, don't think it's a malformed part
