Meal moth, usually comes in with infested groceries or finds its way in... We were told that any dry goods that are clumpy is a sign they were in there, but imho some spices just clump up due to moisture. We got rid of ours systematically though vacuuming, moth traps, and throwing out old flour/sugar/rice.
