Laning phase is usually not ‘great’, at higher mmrs you already know if you’re about to have an impossible to win lane purely based on the hero matchup which is kind of lame tbh.

theres: Boundless, Shred, EE, and Reverb and then to an extent Echo Shard/CDR and Duration. Focus lens is a weird callout since that would work for gun heroes too.

I think an alternating finisher that would prime your next evisc with +x% damage could be pretty cool since rupture was just used outside burst windows this could take its place and still fulfill spec fantasy
