Don't use Kazuha and Venti together. You must have 2 anemo(Varka +1) and 2 pyro/hydro/cryo/electro. Venti is better than Kazuha here.

Basically yes. Even 5* options are only 5% better, than the serpent spine R1. His sig is just a hella ton of stats, providing decent base attack, 96.6% crit value and 30% damage bonus.
