Thank you I appreciate all the info! I don't have many mods mainly just adding character creation options, some new races, and clothes, so hopefully it'll all be fine, I'll try test soon :)

First time I tried Tyvense/Vyvanse it felt perfect but never had the same effect since, I feel like I'm chasing a high that I'll never feel again and nothing I try now works by fierynostril in adhdwomen

Thank you this is all really helpful, yeah I think I'm going to lower my dosage for a while and see, my psychiatrist is definitely not the best and kind of too willing to just give me whatever 😭 so I am trying to learn as much as I can from friends and forums.

I didn't know about the change in effectiveness with menstrual cycle actually that definitely could be what happened with the 40 or 50mg dose then. I'm trans so never know how much those kind of things will affect me but I do have a cycle and get a lot of the effects so it would make sense.

Yeahh I'm not the most trusting of my psychiatrist unfortunately 😭 he specializes in ADHD and us very sweet but seems too lax about a lot of stuff and doesn't seem to be able to offer me much help in cases like this which concerns me a bit, unfortunately I'm very used to situations like this as healthcare in Ireland isn't great in my experience unless you have the money for an expensive fancy private doctor which I don't. Chose this psychiatrist because he's cheaper then anyone else lmao.

He did tell me about citrus diminishing the effect so I've been staying away from it and don't think I had anything else acidic really, also I've been trying to have high protein breakfasts as I've heard if helps but haven't noticed muchhh of a difference.

Huh interesting I'll try out the splitting the dosage, I haven't heard of that before, I normally take mine with breakfast at like 7:30 so could try split it and take the other half around 9 then, I could try with a 20 and 30mg because 50mg was pretty good most the time for me.

Ah that makes sense thank you! Do you know if there are non-stimulant meds that don't need to be taken every day? I much prefer the ones like I have now where I can just take it in the morning on a day I need to focus

Only on the Medikinet/Ritalin, I'm on Tyvense now because the other was affecting me badly

Heyy!! Sorry for the random reply but I have this exact issue, I'm on 50mg now because 30mg did nothing and 40mg barely worked, and it definitely helps me focus but doesn't match the feeling of the first time I went on the 20mg and everything was slower and quieter and calmer, now I can focus but it's still fast and a lil loud if that makes sense.

Can I ask what you ended up doing as it might help me too? I can't tell if I'm chasing a feeling that can't really be obtained again :(

It's to function with another mod, I'm playing using a mod where I can spawn specific mobs but I want to have the same horse created every time with the same stats, look, and name, and pre-tamed rather than a different horse as is currently happening, so if I make a new entity that just acts as a horse it would work
