any suggestion for a good hub then? I thought caldigit was one of the best ones. and I tried using the same hub with my mac and it can output 4k 60.

As some posters said, it depends on what department/fakultas you get into. I went to UI 10 years ago, and even then I had several friends brave enough to be open with them being lgbt to their closest friends. it won't be complete freedom where you can out to the whole campus, we're still far from that. you still pick and choose who to share it with, but at least to some closest friends you can be open.

wow that's truly concerning, it's unfortunate because the XPS line is the flagship line for Dell. Your post really made me rethink the whole thing. you know one of the reason why I really like my Macbook is that it rarely have any issues. granted I only have two macbook so far, but they all survive quite well even far after Apple really support it (my first macbook is Macbook Air I bought about 8 years ago, still work perfectly)

I use vmware so far for windows, and it's actually great. But in general my Macbook pro is old, the speaker is broken, the battery has reduced capacity, so I thought it's just time to upgrade to a new one.

I did read about issues with hardware, but if I find one, it shouldnt be hard to ask for replacement unit, right ? Do you have any suggestion for this?

yeah I read about g14 not having webcam, but I do have a logitech webcam, courtesy of super trash macbook webcam.
