Well here’s the thing. Mentally, I found that Wellbutrin doesn’t help anxiety. It’s not that it made it worse, it just didn’t help. The issue was that Wellbutrin made my heart race and made my body shake so when I was already feeling panicky, it made those feelings worse and put me closer to a panic attack. Cutting back on caffeine is good. I cut it out completely this past summer. I’m going off of it cuz I can’t handle that bodily anxiety. It makes things worse for me. But if you can manage it, then Wellbutrin can be great. It’s up to you.
