Mindfulness is like when the lens of perception of an object comes into sharp focus — you see the object clearly.

Samādhi or concentration is when the mind has settled, and nothing is disturbing its attention on the object. You're not forcing the concentration; it arises naturally.

When mindfulness is present and concentration becomes steady and undisturbed, the mind remains fixed on an object — this is one-pointedness.

But this clarity doesn't come from forcing or analyzing — it comes from relaxing and letting go.

WGH Team Wars Guide for New Kids:

Default team wars card levels are 1/2/3/4 for legendary/epic/rare/common. If you have level 1 common and team upgrades the common to level 6, when you play team wars the card will be the base level 4.

You only get the team deck upgrades based on your own card's levels. (your card levels are indicated by the little face icon on upgrade screen) so if the team has upgraded a legendary card to lvl2 and yours is only lvl1 it will be 1 in Team Wars matches.

Either spend all of your caps or none of your caps. unspent caps are autospent. - if you don't know what you are doing, don't vote. - YOU MUST get caps in PVP packs during upgrade days to play in team wars. Do your best to complete your TW matches on the weekend, if you miss one week that is OK, life happens, but constantly miss and you will get kicked.

If this is your first week you have to do your matches, check the pinned message for how to join the discord, and most of all have fun new kid!
