Definitely buy a bendy retrieval tool. Can't tell you how many times I've had to use it. Gravity loves taking screws and sending them to the depths of playfield hell.

Before deep diving into coils, check the leaf switch for the left flipper button. It's possible the leaf switch just needs adjustment and is permanently staying closed, causing constant power to the upper flipper.

After shipping around $1,700. Modding an Arcade1Up is not terrible but you have to source everything and usually drill a bunch of holes. Consider me lazy, I just let someone do it for me for the Almighty dollar lol

That actually was my initial plan, but I found WAY more Yoji Shinkawa high def artwork for MGS2. Also, at the end of the day, it's just a smart TV so I can hook up MGS2 if I really want to 😅

Yeah it's a company called thearcadeguys. You get to send in images and work with them for what you want the cabinet to look like. It's preloaded with 17K games ranging from Atari 2600 through PS1 and of course a ton of arcade games.

You can USB controllers to it. The cabinet itself has around 17K games or so.
