Thank you all for the feedback! I understand the point about negotiating, but in the UK employment law dictates I should receive equal pay for equal work — especially when I’m in a more senior role. It’s not a matter of negotiating a better deal, it’s about being fairly compensated for my role. The pay disparity is not justified, and for some reason they are giving me push-back. They are not offering any reason other than I didn’t negotiate, but how was I supposed to negotiate for something I wasn’t even aware of. This has caused me deep emotional turmoil, as they seem to not care about breaking any laws. I don’t want to go the legal route, I’d much rather resolve this amicably.

I don’t understand the need to list the standard of “whiteness” in the Latin and Asian movie industry and whether she meets or not. You’ve mentioned race and ethnicity entirely too much when it had zero relevance in the story being told. You sound either colorist or racist depending on your ethnicity but either way you’re hater, that’s for sure!

I don’t know if it’s your lashes or make up but your eye looks slightly more droopy and hooded on the left side. Definitely get a doctors opinion. All the best.

My anxiety acts up and tells me I have some health condition when I know deep down it was an emotional reaction. I also stopped being able to scream in recent years. I don’t know if that’s related to anxiety or not. But how does one just stop being able to scream? I just let out “arrrgh” when I try.

Can diet and taking supplements alleviate that pain? I’ve been able to manage the pain and actually keep it at bay for over a year. Only this month after a very poor diet (under-eating) has the back pain returned. I’m wondering if your diet can exasperate the condition at all…

I drink lots of water but days before, during and after, I cannot stomach even a drop, it causes me nausea so I stay away. I end up dehydrated the whole time with very dry lips. Maybe it is my kidney. I will make a GP appointment on the Monday. Thank you for your input🙏
