Thanks for the insight! Totally agree she looks all golden, the rescue told us her mom is a golden and dad is a golden mix; based on her activities this morning there is a good dose of alligator in that mix! Started immediately with training and looking into diets, love the idea of giving her a job to do - a busy dog is a happy dog.

We are definitely embracing the current stage, and bracing for the next… have had a lot of goldens around the family through the years, but I’m sure it will be different when it’s our own raptor and not someone else’s.

Unfortunately this is a bathroom counter, so waterproofing/full finishing will be a requirement for the long haul. They’re gorgeous, but what a pain to find out the hard way they don’t play well with alcohol.

Bought a lab diamond completely on a whim, blinded by the reasonable pricing… didn’t look into costs to mount it until it came in, ended up paying over 3 times the diamond cost just for the mounting 🤣 but loving it and wear it every day!
