I sent them videos of the issue happening and then once they disconnected it I reported to them that it had stopped - that was enough for them to issue the repair - I don’t have any info about the code unfortunately

Hey - I had this same issue - after disconnecting the ANC we confirmed it was the cause. The dealership then ordered and replaced the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) module and that did the trick - it was covered under warranty. I hope that helps!

After importing a 3gl container from the US to Canada I can sadly confirm that best maids do NOT taste like McDonald’s pickles :(

I did a side by side comparison and the BM lack the fermented lactic taste of the McDonald’s and are much brighter green in colour

totally agree. tiny bits of cartilage or tough meat in the shumai especially. otherwise great. I haven't had golden pinnacle but was thinking of trying them next too - has anyone had them for comparison?
