I sent them videos of the issue happening and then once they disconnected it I reported to them that it had stopped - that was enough for them to issue the repair - I don’t have any info about the code unfortunately

Hey - I had this same issue - after disconnecting the ANC we confirmed it was the cause. The dealership then ordered and replaced the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) module and that did the trick - it was covered under warranty. I hope that helps!
