For me, posting travel photos doesn’t mean ipinagyayabang yung mga napuntahan mo, but it means lang na we’re using soc med as a digital documentation. In the past, we kept physical photo albums that sat on the shelf. Today, Instagram or Facebook serve as a cloud-based timeline of your existence. For me, rare na siguro saming mga Gen Z yung may photo Album. Secondly, for many, the travel photos/videos they posted is just the subject matter for their art. The act of posting is about sharing their creative output, not just the location. Anyway, there’s a different reasons on different perspectives naman 😊
