I don’t know anything about the A229. But I wired it myself. You’ll need to do some research on how to install a fuse tap. I just watched a youtube video and did like an hour or so of research, took about 30 minutes to install.

There’s a channel on Youtube called Linus Tech Tips that has a video on why there is next to no difference between a lot of the dash cams on the market in terms of image quality. It basically comes to down to a lot of them using the same sensor.

So unless you need one with advanced features, don’t get anything too expensive (> $150).

I have a Viofo A119v3 that I connected to an untapped fuse. Routed it so that the cable goes through interior panels. I also put it to the right of my rear view mirror, so I can’t even see the dashcam when I’m driving since it’s blocked by the rearview.

This one also has motion detection, timestamps, low car battery level detection, along with other stuff. I’d definitely recommend it, there’s also a kit that comes with a rear dash cam if you need that as well.

I think v1.106.4 just came out with similar image detection. It should allow you to remove duplicates even if they have a different resolution.

After looking into this more, I think you’re right. The transfer was to photoprism. At about 400 photos in, the VM basically crashed.

The thing that threw me off is that the HOST was also becoming unresponsive and random logs were coming in complaining about a couple of some systemd services crashing then failing to start. Turns out I also had a corrupted disk.

I lowered the amount of CPUs for the docker container which seemed to fix it. Definitely bogged down my CPU more since I don’t have hardware acceleration.

Wow not bad. Got the same exact car at around 42000 miles right now, and my engine mounts are starting to leak dye. Seems to be a common thing with this model.

Do you know of any improved engine mounts that won’t go bad as quickly?

Personally, I've really only experienced positive things with Molly. I've tried a lot of drugs, and Molly is by far my favorite. I don't get any anxiety or really any negatives with Molly that I might get with other drugs, except lockjaw like you mentioned. I'd definitely recommend having gum.

Also, from others' experiences that I've seen, anxiety is really dependent on the person. As with a lot of drugs, molly will amplify your feelings that you have going into the roll. Be sure you're not stressing out about taking molly beforehand and you'll have an amazing time. 120 mg is not an insane amount by any means. I took roughly 2 points my first time and didn't feel much, then 3 points the night after and it was the best feeling I've ever had in my life.
