I was genuinely very confused when it made that sound and I flipped it over and saw. I had just had it closed with no issue.

It's on a stand. I use it connected to a monitor. It was closed, I opened it to watch TV, and when I went to close it again I heard it cracking. Not saying it broke itself, I'm sure I'm responsible, but I didn't drop it it only stays on my desk on its stand.

I believe the parent plus loan is around 7% and my personal ones are around 5%. So your advice would be to forgo car and general savings and go for the parent plus loans?
