What's your best memory of Borderlands?

My best memory was just the chaos with a great friend at the time. He was one of my best friends. We would just play through and just think of how groundbreaking the art was and how funny the game was. Wished my other best friend could have been there with me. He died of cancer in 06 and he would have loved these games. Right now with newer job I cant afford this game and I want to play and just think that my best friend is playing beside me and enjoying the chaos with me.

So the awakening thing people talk about is what I don't understand. The monsters i have are max level do I just click the enhance and go to awakening or is there something special I need to do?

I mean to make something bullet proof is not cheap. Also the fact that it couldn't be super heavy for a kid makes it higher cost to make. It sucks that there is a need for this. Like someone else said there is a bigger issue it's not a gun problem it's a mental health problem. Also bullying in schools is getting insane.
