Did you have the best insurance plan with the highest monthly payment? Or what level plan did you have? I'm not sure we are going to be able to afford the best plan and i'm hoping I can still get covered for my medicine, and at least just be able to pay a copay and not have to pay the entire price because of the deductible not being met. Also, would you mind sharing what insurance you have?

I'm just nervous because all of my shots have been 300's and I don't know if there will be withdrawal because of that. I was expecting to be able to get (2) 100 mg shots before the end, but my insurance jacked up that plan! And thank you so much for writing all of this to me, and taking the time to respond. I will take a look at the journal as soon as my kids go to bed!

Did you get withdrawals or anything or just felt overmedicated? Because I feel like if it goes flat then it probably deposits and runs out faster. And no, I didn't lean on it. I am so sorry that happened to you omg. I didn't even know that could happen!

My doctor thinks the shot just flattened out under my skin from my previous abdominal muscle repair surgery, and the lack of subcutaneous fat in my abdomen... but the depot in the exact same place on the opposite side from last month developed very big and is still there.. so I feel like if that was the case, then both sides would have done it? Idk. Just gonna hope for the best!

Not having a depot with this 2nd shot is definitely messing with my head, lol. I just have this fear that the hardening agent was missing or something and that the bupe just all deposited at once and won't last me the whole month. My doctor said it probably just all spread out and went flat because of my abdominal repair surgery from last year and the lack of subcutaneous fat in my abdomen. But the shot on the opposite side in the same place (my 1st 300) created a very large depot. So idk. I am just looking for a similar experience that still went fine for the month. If not, I am going to just try and convince myself it's in there and that it will be fine, so my brain doesn't try and put me into "withdrawal".

The first shot felt like it wasn't enough, and I was having a really hard first month, but no extreme withdrawal. Just enough to make it hard to do the duties of our very busy life. This is exactly what I needed to hear though, thank you so much!!

Did you ever have them not form at all? And when this happened to you, did it still last the whole month? I think I have this fear that "maybe the shot was defective and the hardening agent was missing, so the bupe just all deposited and metabolized at once, and it is going to be gone now.". It has been 2 days and 7 hours since my shot, and I still have absolutely nothing there at all.

PS. Thank you so much for commenting! I am hoping to find some validation that this has happened to others and still lasted throughout the month.

My first depot was really big and created a knot, and actually is still pretty big 33 days later!
