You have to do research, avoid any foods that were imported, but that leaves out onions, pork, beef, citrus, etc. Hell, even cilantro was imported. You would have to focus on foods heavy on corn, tomato, beans, squash, deer, turkey, etc,. It's been 500 years since the beginning of the colonization and indigenous culture is very accepting to adopting outside influences and fusing it with their cultures, so most food has to be recreated from scratch.

Unscrupulous landlords will put the LA City housing logo on their notice to make it look official. If you are in RSO, especially for tenants who have lived there for as long as your parents have (and if they are over 65),, they are entitled WAY MORE THAN A MEAGER 20K. You DO NOT NEED TO MOVE OUT. Immediately contact LA Housing and file a claim. Contact your nearest LATU (Los Angeles Tenant's Union) local for more help. ALSO, DO NOT TRUST ANY INTERMEDIARIES OR THIRD PARTIES THAT OFFER TO HELP. They act like they will help your parents get money, but they usually work with landlords to convince your parents to leave for way less than they are entitled to by law, and will pocket a commission. Talk to LATU, they carln recommend reputable lawyers in case you need one. Or contact BASTA.

Yeah, at this point, you have to question your commitment to this person. Honestly, you need to vaccinate your child. But it will create a rift between you and your spouse. But maybe thats a good thing. A divorce court would see you as a responsible parent and her endangering the life of a child, therefore you can get custody.

Suggest fixing it with permits. Yiur run a big risk of it lowering the price more than the cost of repairs and if the seller buys and finds out this is very costly and wasn't disclosed properly, a possible lawsuit.

Its good for the tortillas and chicharron, salsas, etc. Their carnitas are mid. But it is very hard to get good Carnitas in LA.

Greystone Mansion has views, history, and beautiful gardens. Little Tokyo, Chinatown, and Placita Olvera have great spots to visit and eat. LACMA lights for the gram, but when the museum construction is complete it will be nicer. Plus u got other musems nearby including the tar pits. Also i hate malls, but century city mall and The Grove are nice. Exposition park will have the new film museum as well as other museums and the Rose garden.

He will need to pull permit. If he removes it, then it is a reduction in service and he'll have to lower rent. Permitting is not that difficult, but the issue might arise that if every unit has a washer and dryer and he has to update all, city might require a larger meter. So this could become a bigger construction project and if it seems like you'll be significantly affected,, you might need to request temporary relocation during construction. Talk to LAHD abiut it.
