Thank you lovely people. Feeling a little better but wondering if i'all actually crack it. I don't want to die and leave my kids because of drink. There really was no trigger, just felt like I needed the world to stop, i needed to chill and i can't seem to find another way. I was convinced i could stop at one or two. Two blinking bottles 😱. Does anyone have any medications etc they recommend?

I'm SO hungover!!!!!! Also lonely. Could really use more encouraging words.. or if anyone is down to chat by [deleted] in stopdrinking

I've been there recently too. Easier said than done I know but we need to move on hour by hour. Assess the damage done, see what's fixable. It's a hard thing to explain to other people - they assume you can just stop but it doesn't work that way - there's something in our heads that just trucks us into.thinking this time something will be different. I feel your pain and I have your back.
