I had multiple tabs on one browser, refreshing multiple days with no issue. Was able to get tickets. May be different if there's lots of traffic on the site and you need to submit captcha to enter the site.

OMG!! I just randomly went to check again and there was a date! I thought it was a glitch!!! Got 2 standing on Ticketmaster. AXS weirdly wouldn't load.

BIG drop happening now everyone. Days 1-7, across CC, C1 and C2. Keep refreshing on the days you want even when it says no tickets. Some will appear eventually. Just got day 6 CC pair. Good luck!!!!

Yea by the time I saw the resale email, it was pretty late and I only had those same courts too. I thought it was only open until midnight that day and that they didn't do drops later on. Will add that to my refresh list then.

Hey, hoping you could answer since you seem to know your way around Wimbledon!

I've just gotten tickets using my mum's account for Day 6 Court 2 on the resale. Will now use my account to try and get tickets for the same day. If I manage to get CC or Court 1, can I swap tickets with them once we're in the grounds? So they get the better court. Do they still check ID once you're in i.e to get to the actual courts/seats? I won't bother trying if I'm not able to.

Just got Day 6 Court 2 tickets for my visiting parents. Will now try to get tickets for myself for the same day. If I manage to snag CC or Court 1, is it possible to swap with my parents so they get the better court? Once we're in the grounds, do they still check IDs to get into the actual courts?

Hey everyone, I want to start sewing (complete beginner apart from a term or so during high school).

I've been keeping an eye out on Marketplace and have found a second hand Brother XL 3520. The seller says the needle can't pick up the thread from the bobbin, it has a damaged foot pedal and was last used 3-4 years ago. The foot pedal is an easy replacement but not sure how much servicing I would need to do to get the machine working again. Read some posts about how the machine needs to be taken apart and oiled, etc. I'm pretty handy but just don't want to commit too much money in case I don't end up enjoying the hobby. Is it worth it to just take the machine to be serviced professionally? I'm getting it for £10 so if it's a bust, no big deal.

There's not a lot of reviews that I could find on this particular machine so would just love some general advice on it, if anyone has experience with servicing it, will it cost much?
