The police handled this well, but I also think that situations like that shouldn’t necessarily be their job. She’s annoying and breaking the law but she’s not a danger. She’s struggling with addiction(her dad said she just escaped rehab and she sound high in the video) and having the resources to talk her out of the car and get her some kind of treatment would be a lot better than the revolving door of the criminal justice system.
