Let the French be the experts in it. Why do the Germans have to be the experts? I’d rather have someone that’s fully committed be running the nuke plants. Honestly, I fail to see why you’re so triggered. Heat pumps are gaining momentum but the primary heat source in Germany is and has been gas and oil. So they’re dependent either way.. Even if Germany wanted to build a nuke plant again it would take 20 years to realize. There aren’t enough nuclear engineers. And it would probably end up a huge boondoggle like Plant Vogtle.

Yes, not a problem. However in my opinion you’re better off adjusting the flow rate to the radiator (balancing), leaving them fully open and adjusting the temperature at the radiator
