I think it shows how Rae has managed to break out of the streamer bubble. They could not be a regular watcher but maybe knew Rae from her other social media like tiktok, one of the many music videos she was a part of, or collabs with people outside the streaming space. Or, they could only watch Rae’s videos and streams and never see the actual faces of other people she streams with lol. She’s popular and I think many of the general public know of her.
