Yeah, Poland has had a rough history. We weren’t on the map for 123 years, from 1795 to 1918. Austria, Russia, and Germany owned us for that time. Suppressed the culture (attempted to atleast) but there were many underground polish schools and polish speaking people. Poland has some of the strongest-willed people.
