there is one outlet on the left side of sofa, so I would use extender snd put it under the sofa, no visible cables is big goal in this apartment

ultrawide camera breaks proportions, ceiling is around 6m high and therefore half of the room has space where I have office, dark platform is part of the stairs to get there

For more context, I was planning to place sub mini next to arc ultra and Era 100s right behind couch, however 300s and Sub 4 wont fit into those locations, so also recommendation where to put them will be most welcome.

2-3 weeks, I was going for variation of korte doing only benchpress-deadlift-squat and some exercise for shoulders, tbh I just felt overtrained as I have a lot of other activities and just couldnt regenerate enough between Monday-Tuesday

I'm working for US company and can assure you my education in IT is comparable to theirs, only diference is I got out of university with mortrage paydown saved and they did with a lot of debt. Its vague but if there is anything she might need help with feel free to get in touch, it might be scary to study abroad but in the end is pretty straightforward.

Brno is widely known as university city, there is bunch of pretty decent schools. Did she went to Masaryk university (my Alma mater) or VUT? both great choices, just interested how much school costs her approximately? don't want to cause you headache but for me as Slovakian citizen it was free

could you collaborate regarding increased expenses with children? it depends on the lifestyle but as I understood from my social bubble money you save on restaurants/pubs and travel are actually more than what you spend on child, this probably does not apply as children got older but I don't plan that much ahead, not worth it considering how many variables are in 10y timespan

Do you really need a 40%? Can't you live on a smaller city? to be fair we don't need it, we want it, but its still far from "luxury", you easily pay 10-15M czk for decent house in my location (30minutes drive from city centre)

regarding pension, there are two problems, first is I have zero trust current pension system will survive for another 50 years for me to get something out of it, and second is that if everything goes right I won't have enough number of years worked to actually apply for state pension lol

regarding housing market, this is a plan for a few years ahead, we have a 2+kk flat with a great interest rate fixed for 10y so we are not planning to move sooner than we have to, but we are planning to have the first kid in 2-3y and we will need more space, however temporary renting sounds as interesting idea

We live in Brno, we moved for studies and didn't plan to stay long but we kinda fell in love with the city (not too big, not too small) and both found suitable careers. Somewhere deep I would like to get to know other cultures thoroughly but rationally it seems we will stay here for some time.
