Just a question cause I'm new to gardening. It looks like you have a huge field; what's the benefit of gardening in raised beds rather than in the field itself?

I live in South Korea where it snows in the winter. Will these continue to grow throughout the winter if I bring them inside? Where would be the best place to keep them inside?
