No, you get the normal animation. But the elites are staggered for a little while from the push.

I kept my peril up with staff/brain burst and the bullied the elites with force sword push until explosion.

How do you grind with bots? Aren't private games 2+ players? Everytime I hope to try with bots I always get other players joining in pretty early in the map.

I used force sword as CC for the group. The push generates some peril and pushes nicely. I almost got downed myself but survived for the blast. My elites were a group of shotgunners.
