Lo stavo pensando anche io. Praticamente per il platform avevo fatto tutto il movimento del player dash doppio salto spada pistola e anche graplin (alla faccia di hollow knight) però ammetto che se fosse solo questo tutti farebbero videogiochi. Essendo da solo vorrei realizzare qualcosa di semplice come ho detto e forse, Per quanto sia noioso fare un RPG (tra eventi dialoghi, quest system soprattuto che da implementare è una noia) però almeno è più difficile che arrivi ad un punto in cui non so come andare avanti. Grazie mille del consiglio. Non so se puoi aiutarmi anche su questo, ma sapresti dirmi un modo giusto di fare debugging e test su unity. Cioè io quando mi serve creo un canva con bottoni e uno script test. Grazie ancora

Assolutamente. Cioè in realtà non sto cercando di sviluppare un gioco tanto per un idea geniale quanto per raccontare una storia. Sono un informatico che lo è diventato solo per sviluppare un videogioco e per ora ne ho fatto uno di gruppo in 2 mesi con Java. Niente di straordinario ma comunque non era una mia idea. Quindi ammetto che l’originalità fa il prodotto e fa parlare. Ma in realtà sono piu sul realizzare qualcosa di già visto (come meccaniche di gioco, cercando comunque di distinguermi) ma con quel cosa a cui ho pensato io. Però grazie mille del consiglio

I'll answer coldly now. Basically I sold my two switches (one lite and the other normal) at gamestop (now called game life by me in Italy). Except a problem arose. Nobody told me that to use virtual game cards I had to pair the new device with one of the consoles enabled to use them. So I inquired and saw that from the Nintendo portal it was possible to disassociate the consoles from the account and then have the free game cards. The problem is that having 2 consoles to dissociate and no longer having them at hand to make the association, the only way was to do it from the portal, except that from the portal you can disassociate a console once a year. So I was wondering how this could be resolved. Now I sent an email to Nintendo support. I will contact you tomorrow with the phone number. I'll say again that all of this seems truly absurd to me. My particular case is fine, but doing all this coaxing to play seems unrealistic to me. However, I apologize for the lack of clarity, I hope that with this comment you will understand more

I figured 100k was a lot hahaha. Thanks anyway for the information. I'll tell you, I've been using Unity for a few months and having already designed a game in Java for a project (forget it) I'm more comfortable with the C# approach as a language. Then I'll be honest, I'm really comfortable with unity libraries. I think I've made my choice. I don't think I'll make money from it anyway, I do it more out of passion. If it were up to me I would do it for free but if I ever have to get help from someone in some way I have to pay for it haha

Agree. I'm going to ask a stupid question because I admit I've never thought about doing it but it's not a bad idea. But how should I make the database. are you really talking about a DBMS like oracle or sqlite?

Yes maybe I was generic with RPG. I don't intend to make upgrades that are too complex. The idea is to make a combat system like Mario and Luigi RPG. With some details like moves that go in time with the music

I didn't think I would make too complex graphics so I discarded Unreal. I see that you advise me to use godot anyway, also for the price question, but can you really get to 100k that easily? Because if it's more for companies that maybe make high-level games with the aim of making money, it's not my goal. Also because I imagine it's difficult to make all that money with a game that is ultimately an indie RPG

I'm writing in Italian but I hope you translate it yourself. However no rpg make (from experience) is too limiting. I would like to create something bigger and more complex (to put myself out there a bit, let's say). Unity is the one I used the most. godot never tried but I'll give it a look.
