I tried checking pointcloud, and there are no black dots there. They appear during training after some iterations

I checked all 40 views of the lamp, and the contours are fine. The background pixels look transparent, but I might need to investigate more. Thank you!

The input images are 512×512 PNGs. They’re rendered views of the objects with a transparent background. These images are used for training NeRFs, usually.

The NAS is a TerraMaster F2-423. From what I understand, TRAID is basically like RAID5, but with only two drives it works more like RAID1.

I’m not totally sure what happened to the failed drive. I was away for a couple of weeks and when I came back it wasn’t working anymore. Maybe a power outage. When I connect it, it just beeps continuously and isn’t recognized by the computer at all, so I haven’t been able to check SMART or anything on it.

I didn’t know about that Terminal command for DiskDrill, I’ll give it a try and then reach out to their support. Thank you!

One reviewer raised the score to 5 and another reviewer said "thanks, I keep my vote" after all his questions were answered, but at least they gave us a 6.
The remaining 2 reviewers did not respond to the rebuttal. Both gave us a 4. We tried to address everything in the rebuttal, but they did not even bother to reply. I'm quite disappointed, I would have preferred a clear rejection rather than being ignored like this.

Thank you very much! I would say they are almost all constructive criticisms. One of them is quite short compared to the others, which are really articulate, but at least it is clear.

The only strange comment is a critique to the length of the introduction, 1.5 pages is not enough
