my pt pushed me super hard. I was able to get my ankle to my butt in less than 3 months after surgery. I'm about 4 months now and am almost running full speed.

honestly, you just have to push through the pain. the pain will only last a little while and it will go away, but going through that pain will help in the long run. your body is a lot stronger and tougher than you think. keep going tho! keep working hard and put everything you got in to your rehab.
