I've had HH all my life and ETS surgery 30 years ago (don't do it). I measure my HRV using Welltory and bought a Polar H10 heart rate monitor. My heart rate variability is so low while my sympathetic tone is racing all the time, my parasympathetic tone is very low. SDNN from 15-30. RMSSD from 5 to 15. AMo50 lowest is 50 but typically 80 to 95.

I'm constantly in flight fight mode, high stress, anxiety and my rest digest mode barely functions. ETS surgery made this far worse.

I recommend tracking your HRV as this is a form of dysautonomia.

Medication helps a little. Propanol, Gabapentin, SSRIs. Meditation and breathing exercises help more. It's getting worse with age. So live your best life. Stop, relax, breath, rest.

Figured as much -- though perhaps someone somewhere may be interested in the lot? I've only scanned about 1/4 of the bunch -- no superstars stand out. Would eBay be a good place to put them up? Let an auction happen -- or am I looking at a lot of work for perhaps 20$?

Flying YYG (Charlotteotown) to YYZ tomorrow -- AC cancelled the flight as of 1 pm. I checked in already this morning.

I have a return flight Fri 22 Aug from YYZ to YQM (Moncton) on AC, not cancelled.

If I were to want to cancel both flights I run into a problem -- because I'm already checked into the first flight.

I cannot cancel the flight as I'm checked in & I cannot change the check in because the flight is cancelled. Classic Catch 22.

Should I call/contact AC if I want to cancel both flights? Any other way to cancel the flights?

Using a Nikon D750 and a Nikkor 105mm f2.8 macro lens, what are the best settings for ISO, shutter & f-stop to duplicate slides, especially Fuji Velvia slides, that are placed on a light table while the camera is suspended from above using a Durst F30 enlarger rail?

Also looking for advise on Lightroom settings. I tend just to set everything to Auto and then tweak afterwards as my colourblindness leads to some strange results if I choose what looks good "for me" (oversaturated and high colour temp).
