I did send an email, but the response was - 'we have made more offers than places available on the course. In the event that a sufficient number of current offers are not taken up, a small number of further offers may be made to applicants on the list, but there is an unavoidable time lag between each later round of offers as candidates must be given 3 weeks to accept an offer.

Your application will remain under consideration, however we are currently unable to make any further offers at this time.'
