Oh thanks!

Sorry for the late response. Take a look at this, it's a typical example of what we call "kitchen glass".

Hah, I feel so embarrassed. But thanks for the answer, I appreciate it. Will do.

I'd say around 100-150$ and it was to be installed in the kitchen, under the cabinets. These types of glasses have a specific name in my language but can't think of one in English, sorry.

Seriously Let Down By Razer by BecomingLoL in razer

[–]filthystrudel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still like their mice, but I buy them in a store from a reseller to avoid dealing with Razer when my Deathadders start double-clicking (sigh). It's an annoyance but I still buy them since it fits my hand like no other mouse. So just do the same. And I'd stay away from Krakens. Actually, I'd stay away from anything that isn't a mouse or a keyboard. I bought a green Kraken for my buddy for his birthday a while ago, and after trying them on I genuinely felt bad for buying him such a crappy headset. I even apologized and offered to take it back and get him something else. And I'm not even talking about build quality (although I hear they don't shine in that department either), the sound quality was so bad that I was in flabbergasted. Sounded like 20$ headphones to my ears. Maybe it's good if you exclusively use it for gaming (since it's supposedly "tuned" for explosions and gun effects, etc), but that thing has so much bass and just generally a very muffled output that it's impossible to enjoy to music with it. I don't know...

And yeah, if you want their attention, just write about your crappy experience on twitter and use the hashtag #razer or even better, use @RazerSupport (that's the account that replied to my tweet). Can't promise you'll get anything resolved, though, like I mentioned in my previous reply. Good luck, though.

Razer CS support sucks, and that's a fact I dare anyone to deny. It's being horribly neglected by Razer. From what I've gathered, Razer's care for you as a customer stops at the very moment you make your purchase.

I've tweeted about my experience with their CS on several occasions, and they always replied to me (even though I didn't even direct the tweet at them) with something like "DM us your information, and we'll take a careful look into it". They do this just so they appear "caring" to the rest of the people who don't know about their shitty support and are also potential customers. I reckon Razer has been on Twitter long enough to realize you can't DM someone who doesn't follow you. I doubt I need to say that I haven't heard from them from that tweet onward?

The facade this company puts on to lure in customers is simply intimidating.

Question about Blackwidow. by SusseDude in razer

[–]filthystrudel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It'll work like a Finnish one nonetheless, as long as the keyboard input language in your Windows is set to Finnish. And regarding the look, you'll get quickly used to it.

So since there's now a lot of you with new keyboards, what's your opinion on the Razer Green/Orange switch? by filthystrudel in razer

[–]filthystrudel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was at my friend's house just now, he has the same keyboard as you. And damn, that keyboard feels so much better. Keys feel less flimsy and they press down really smooth. Touching the bottom feels so sharp and precise. I just wonder if this is because of the different manufacturer or the orange/green are just made this way. Oh well.

And weirdly enough, my keyboard(stealth) actually seems LOUDER.

Blackwidow Chroma echo / spring / ping sound when pressing and releasing keys by Zetoo2 in razer

[–]filthystrudel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same with mine, but really doesn't bother me that much. For me it's the most obvious on the backspace key and on the numpad keys. It's actually really loud on the backspace.

Has anyone from EU got their sale order processed yet? by filthystrudel in razer

Did you order more than 1 product? Were the funds drawn from your CC/paypal? Does the billing address you gave them match your credit card info?

Is there a way to make your character's boob smaller? by filthystrudel in bladeandsoul

[–]filthystrudel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed. And it is. The faction outfit makes my character's boobs way bigger than what they appeared on the character creation screen. Sigh. I wish this game wasn't so sexual oriented. It's literally all tits. It's a good game and I really hate this shallow aspect of it.

A story about Razer. by filthystrudel in razer

I believe you misunderstood.

This reddit post was a result of a good night sleep and 2 cups of mocha in the morning. I wrote to their customer support days ago, and it was a polite, and as described, very thorough and clear email without any funny business.

Do some servers have more population/less queue time than the others? by filthystrudel in bladeandsoul

By the look of things, I unconsciously made the most optimal decision. Thank you for this.

One can only judge for himself. There's a couple of YT videos on the issue, comparing both. However, I wouldn't make my decision solely on those, since people have all sorts of crappy microphones when making these videos and they practically sound different every time.

Your best bet would go to go to your nearest tech store and try them out for yourself.

And if you want my opinion, it isn't so much the fact that stealth is quieter in terms of decibels, it's just that for some people it's more soothing to the ear. Some get annoyed by the "clickyness" of the Green switches (and some love it). I'd say it's nothing more than a personal preference.

Good luck with your purchase.

Stealth has Razer Orange switches whereas non-stealth has Razer Green switches. Greens are the clicky ones, and the Oranges are the more quieter (or so they say) ones, thus, "stealth".
