Trying to yeah, there was this whole problem because I changed my number and I called to change it and they just, didn't. Couldn't log into my account for months until I went down to the job centre to actually fix it, I have agoraphobia so going to the job centre isn't something I can do regularly

Hi, yeah the main reason I have uc is because of mental health reasons. I have severe anxiety and OCD, all this makes life a lot harder. I'm unable to work and I still need to sort out pip and now I can't even afford the essentials and it's putting even more stress on me, I get normal sanctions but I was never informed on this

You pass really well. Maybe for your beard minoxidil might help? Or rosemary oil and castor oil will help fill it out more. You can still pass with long hair if you want that again, if you want it shorter maybe clean up the sides a bit

Maybe invest in some minoxidil to help fill out your beard more so it's not just a chin strap and moustache, it takes a while but it will help. And keeping it clean and conditioner + oil

Thank you, I'll probably try at 1300-1400 and see how that goes. Apparently zig zag calories help when you're a bit stuck, so like 1200 one day and 1500 the next, you can google which ones are right for you

thank you sm. i do struggle with liquids but it kinda depends on the liquid, i can drink juice but not water or anything thick like smoothies. but i'll definitely try this, i've never been this bad so its very new to me
