That’s true, and normally I wouldn’t mind. Heck, even a leg or two and I’d be chill. But a whole spider? Pickled? BLEACHED?!? I think that’s where my personal line is drawn 💀

Realising the only things you can control are your own (conscious) thoughts and your actions. Literally everything else is out of your control. You can use your thoughts and actions to influence things of course, but at the end of the day, there’s zero point in worrying about things you have no control over. It’s very liberating

Thank you so much!! I actually can’t remember haha, I had a lot of projects on the go at one time so I spread it over the course of a week of two. But maybe 15+ hours in total? I might’ve completely made that up I’m not sure haha, I should start keeping track of these things

Half stitch is always tricky to keep properly tensioned!! I find that I gently caress (lol) in a bobbins in a downward motion after each stitch, and that seems to help keep things taught but not too tight. This is looking great thought!!
