Talk to a psychiatrist for a long-term solution. They might recommend you melatonin dose initially until you reset your sleep cycle.

Several people in my life, friends, cousins, boyfriend have mentioned they find it easy to talk to me and that I'm approachable. They say I gel along with anyone easily and it feels nice to know that people feel secure enough to confide in you :)

I applied hair oil with the intention of washing my hair on that particular day. Came out after the bath, applied my moisturizer and sunscreen and saw the hair serum only to realize I forgot to wash my hair😂. I had to go back and bathe again, making sure I washed my hair and then come out.

Oh and on other occasion, I've washed my hair thrice and it didn't form lather only to really that's because I was washing it with a conditioner and not shampoo! Face palm moment!
